  4. We actually have a lot of policies or lease standards. These policies are appreciated by those who rent from us. Most of our renters have stated it was the policies that attracted them to the properties we have.  Our policies are pre-thought out answers to anticipated problems. Our policies play a key role in the successful marketing of our rentals. Policies establish fair and reasonable guidelines, designed to attract and keep good tenants and discourage those who could care less about our policies. This standard is a benefit to those who rent from us. All of our policies create better tenant relations. We value all of our residents. This is why policies are created. If you can not live by our policies, its best to keep looking for another place to live.
